Restoration, extension and interior fitting out of a Mews property in the Knightsbridge Conservation Area for Mr and Mrs Lusher
Ennismore Mews is a cobbled mews within walking distance of the Royal Albert Hall and Harrods and the shops and restaurants of Knightsbridge and South Kensington. It is also a short stroll from Hyde Park.
The property is a three storey double fronted house with integral garage. The project comprised full restoration and refurbishment of the existing property, reconstruction and extension of the second floor and full interior fitting out.
The front facade at ground and first floor levels were retained with new doors and sliding sash windows replaced to match existing. The second floor extension was re-modelled and re-elevated to accommodate a spacious lounge and dining kitchen with access to a new roof terrace. The new interior is of the highest quality with bespoke joinery, granite and oak floors with hand painted wall tiles/marble to the new bathrooms.
