Development of a formal Crescent frontage to the newly formed Central Park complementary to the adjoining 1950’s Grade II listed flight test hanger for Taylor Woodrow and Bovis Homes.

This three storey Crescent of townhouses bookended by four/five storey apartment blocks provides a formal frontage to the new Central Park creating a main focus and amenity open space to the residential component of this 322 hectare (800 acre) development of Hatfield Aerodrome.  The site is situated 600 meters north west of Hatfield town centre.  The overall residential element of this development provides a total of 1660 dwellings.

The Crescent is served by rear access mews car parking with some under croft car parking to the apartment blocks.  There is no vehicular access to the Central Park frontage.

Central Park is formerly landscaped with many semi-mature trees, large areas of grass and high quality pedestrian cycleways.
